Kerstin Lindell, is the CEO and President of Bona Group since 2007. Kerstin has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and a double master’s degree in both Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. She has a genuinely interest for varnishes, adhesives and wood flooring maintenance products since her work as a Research and Development Manager for 14 years. Since 2007 Kerstin Lindell is CEO and President at Bona group and during that time she have transformed the family owned company to a sustainable value based and modern company with global presence. Today Bona is market leading in varnishes and finishing for hardwood floors with 17 subsidiaries, 70 distributors, 600 group employees and five factories around the world. Bona have a several times been nominated for different awards; In 2017 – Company of the year awarded by City of Malmö, In both 2016 and 2017 awarded by Veckans Affärer as Super company of the year and in 2014 Bona was honored with the Export Hermes award from Swedish Fund for Export Development for showing successful export growth. Kerstin Lindell has also been nominated for several awards for her skills in leadership. For instance; CEO of the year 2016 by Motivation.se, Leadership prize 2012 from Motivationshuset/Cronström and Leader of the year in 2010 by Mentor International.
